Review Loop - Affirmative will meet in person with your sustainability representatives or operational team to review the current status of your sustainability programming. Through this process, both sides will better understand how to evolve internal governance, goals & operational processes together.

General Review - After a review loop with the entire team, Affirmative will provide a written report outlining your company’s present successes as well as identify the obstacles that are preventing greater efficiency. We’ll evaluate data collection & operational processes and provide a recommendation on what to do next to continue to evolve your approach.

Advanced Review - After a review loop with the entire team, Affirmative will provide a General Review (as above) and an additional evaluation of your corporate sustainability strategy. We’ll dive into material topics, stakeholder engagement, key performance indicators and tracking mechanisms. You become an industry-leader as we begin to explore how to create internal governance structures and set ambitious goals.

Complete Review - After a review loop with the entire team, Affirmative will provide an Advanced Review (as above) and an additional evaluation of your team’s structure and workflows. We’ll go deep into policy development, internal governance and explore many new opportunities to make your sustainability programming the best in the business.
